Artist Statement: I'm intrigued by Victorian mourning jewelry. I wanted to create a ring that is reminiscent of falling tears but it's tactility and movement make it irresistible to enjoy as a simple pleasure.

Artist Bio: I am a metalsmith, jeweler, and instructor living in Seattle WA. I'm currently teaching at North Seattle college and continue to make my own work in my basement studio.
