Artist Statement: My piece is an expression of gratitude for All You Fascists Bound to Lose, a song that carried me through the final year of the previous administration. It was (is) an anthem, a sliver of hope, a call to action. Thanks, Woody, for writing it. And thank you also for the sentiment which, despite recent evidence to the contrary, I still feel is an inevitability. I'm also grateful for the wide variety of artists who have provided inspired covers, including Nina Hagen, Wilco and Billy Bragg, the Resistance Revival Chorus, and Ashley Tini (who performed it on a Philadelphia city bus). Do I have bigger things in my life to be grateful for? Sure. But it's important to appreciate the little things that get us through.

50% of the sale of this piece will be donated to the beneficiary listed above.
