Class Policies

Registration Policy

Students attending class in the studio are required to complete and submit our electronic COVID-19 Protocol Studio Waiver at least 24 hours prior to the first day of class. Find the waiver here: COVID-19 Protocol and Studio Waiver 

Studio Classes: Students will receive an email the week prior to class including parking information and any further details regarding class supplies. In the meantime, class supply lists and prerequisites are located at the bottom of each class listing.

Online Classes: Students must download Zoom prior to the first day of class. Students will receive an email the week prior to class regarding class supplies and Zoom access information. Contact us if you have questions or need assistance with Zoom. In the meantime, class supply lists and prerequisites are located at the bottom of each class listing.

 

Minors

The minimum student age is 16 unless otherwise specified. Exceptions may be made with prior request. Minors under the age of 16 are welcome to take class alongside a parent however both parent and child must be registered. Please notify us if you have registered a minor for a class and contact the studio if you have questions.

 

General Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a class for which you have already paid, please contact us at least one week prior to class start date. We will issue you a credit voucher toward another class. Credit vouchers must be used within six months. Cash refunds will only be made in the case of classes canceled by Danaca Design.
