Entry Form: A Show of Gratitude

We invite YOU to submit a piece of jewelry for, any occasion and any part of the body. Twenty-five pieces will be selected by jury. Each day in November, leading up to the big day of thanks, we will share one piece on IG and FB with your story behind it. The work will be on exhibit throughout the month November. A minimum of 50% from each sale will be donated to the nonprofit organization of your choice. 


-Artist notification date October 5. All accepted work must arrive at Danaca Design by October 15.

-The object must be an original design created by submitting artist, made within the past 5 years.

-The object must not exceed 8” x 8” x 8” 

-No restriction on the nature of material used, however it must be designed to wear. 

-The selected object must be for sale: 

50% of each piece sold will be donated directly to the non-profit (501c3) organization of the artist’s choosing.

The remaining 50% will be split evenly between the artist and Danaca Design Studio. 

- Variable entry fee of $15-$25.
