Shipping and Gallery Policies

ORDER PROCESSING | Orders are fulfilled Monday – Saturday through our brick and mortar shop. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible but no later than 48 hours during the business week. NOTE: Delivery times do not include Sunday or holidays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY | Jewelry orders will ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $12.00. Orders over $250 will ship free of charge! Tool and Supply orders ship USPS Priority Mail and rates depend on the items purchased. We will email you a tracking number once your items have shipped. Danaca Design is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery once your items have shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | We are not currently shipping internationally.

LOST OR STOLEN | If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.

URGENT ORDERS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS | If you have an urgent order or special request, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" comment area during checkout and we will try our best to accommodate you!

STORE PICK-UP | Customers are always welcome to pick up orders in our brick and mortar shop, by appointment.

PURCHASING GIFTS | Free gift wrapping is available upon request in the notes section during checkout. 

CANCELLATIONS | We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.  

SPECIAL ORDERS | Due to the nature of special orders i.e. custom work, we are unable to cancel.

REFUNDS | Refunds will only be made on items that are found defective. In case of a defective item please notify us via email or phone us as quickly as possible. We MUST receive the item to be refunded within 15 days from the original shipping date. Please return items wrapped in original padding, in the same size Priority Flat Rate box that it arrived in, to insure safe transport. We will be responsible for return shipping cost. Refunds will be made within 3 business days of receiving the item to be refunded, in the original form of payment. Note that we cannot refund any items that have been damaged from alteration or wear.
